Our wedding photo & video packages
Every wedding is an adventure in its own way. There’s what you planned, what goes a little off-script, the moments you’ve waited months for and the ones you never saw coming. And in the end, what’s left is mostly those few hours that go by far too fast.
À tantôt! Productions is a wedding photographer & videographer duo based just outside Brussels. Mic keeps the moments in photos, Fred gives them movement and sound. Two different media, one way of telling what you’re living. We like to pay attention to what’s happening without stepping in when a moment doesn’t need us: the gestures, the exchanges, the reactions, everything that gives your day its texture. And when the right moment comes, we also like to create with you: make the most of a particular light or setting, walk a little further, or simply let you catch your breath as a couple to build a few images that will have a special place in your story.
Making beautiful images matters to us, but never at the cost of your day. You’re here to live your wedding; it’s up to us to know when to step in, and when to simply let you live it.
All our packages combine our work as wedding photographer and videographer in Belgium. What changes is mostly the time we spend by your side and the place you want the story to take.
Clear prices, to help you choose the photo and video coverage that fits your day and your budget.

What if your day calls for something else?
Our packages give a framework, but some weddings call for a little more time, a bigger team or another way of keeping the memories. These options let us adapt the coverage without rebuilding everything around a custom quote.
-
Because a wedding isn’t just the number of hours we spend with you on the day.
Long before we arrive, there are the conversations, the preparation and the thinking around your day. And once the wedding is over, a big part of the work begins: selecting, retouching, editing, sound work, building the film, the gallery...
Above all, we’d rather think in moments to tell than in a running clock. So our packages define a framework and a part of your day, rather than an hourly rate to keep an eye on all day long.
And between us, the wedding day is probably the part where we look at our watches the least.
-
Anywhere in Belgium, yes.
We’re on the road a lot and, at the scale of Belgium, charging for every kilometer has never really made much sense to us. Travel is included in all our packages, wherever your wedding takes place in the country.
For a wedding abroad, we simply add a travel fee calculated from the Belgian border, to which transport and accommodation costs may be added.
And if your adventure takes us a little further, that’s usually not what’s going to scare us off.
-
We usually deliver within 8 to 12 weeks after the wedding.
This can vary slightly depending on the time of year and how many weddings we’re working on at the same time: we’d rather keep the time needed to select, retouch and edit your coverage properly than promise a date we couldn’t always keep.
Photos are usually ready before the film, so they may appear in your gallery before the full video is delivered.
-
The engagement session isn’t just a couple shoot before the wedding. First of all, it lets you get used to being photographed and filmed in a relaxed way, without the pressure of the big day. That’s often where you realize you don’t have to “know how” to do anything in front of a camera.
It’s also a chance to create in a different setting: take more time, choose a specific light or place, walk, talk, maybe weave in a few words about your story or what you’re going through right now.
The images can then have a real life around the wedding: invitations, wedding website, decoration, a screening or video playback on the day... or simply stay as the memory of a moment for two before everything speeds up.
And for us, it’s also a way to get to know you better before the wedding, which changes a lot about how we work together on the day.
-
The day-after session solves almost the opposite problem.
On your wedding day, we mostly want you to enjoy your loved ones and what’s happening around you. So the couple session stays deliberately short: a breather in the day, not a two-hour photo shoot.
The day-after lets you put your outfits back on with no schedule to follow, and go much further creatively. We can wait for better light, head somewhere that would have been impossible to reach on the day, walk longer, change scenery or simply take our time.
Why not put your wedding finery back on at the top of a mountain, in the middle of a forest, or somewhere your wedding day would never have given us time to reach?
It’s also a second chance if the weather on the day ruined some of your ideas, but above all a way to create different images without cutting into the time you spend with your guests.
-
It’s not about doing “more” for the sake of more. An extra person becomes valuable when several important things happen at once: getting-ready in two distant places, a large ceremony, several venues, lots of guests...
During the cocktail hour, for example, one photographer can keep telling the story of what’s happening around your guests while Mic does the family portraits. With a large crowd, a bigger team also lets us keep far more traces of the people who came.
So we’d rather recommend it when your schedule justifies it than add it systematically to a package.
-
Your whole coverage is gathered in a private online gallery: photos, wedding film and any extra videos.
You can view it on a computer, tablet or phone, find your favorite images and choose what you want to share with your loved ones.
Your guests can discover the wedding at their own pace, without you having to send hundreds of files or several different links.
The gallery also gives direct access to prints and other physical products available for your images.
-
Yes. The couple can download all their photos in high resolution for free.
Loved ones you give access to the gallery can view all the images and download, also for free, versions suited to screens and digital sharing.
For prints, they can order images directly on the product of their choice from the gallery.
-
Yes, and we’ll even gently encourage you to.
Your gallery has its own shop where you and your loved ones can order prints, frames and other paper products made by professional labs.
Because a photo on a screen is nice to come back to, but a printed image often ends up taking a whole different place in a home and in a family.
-
Yes. All prices shown on this page include VAT: it’s the amount the couple actually pays for the chosen package, excluding any options or costs related to a wedding abroad.
-
Yes, to a certain extent.
Our packages give a framework because they correspond to coherent ways of telling a day. But no two weddings follow exactly the same schedule, so we can slightly shift certain moments or adapt the coverage when it stays within the spirit of the package.
If your needs change significantly (more presence, another session, a more developed film...), we’ll guide you toward the package or option that really fits your day.
